One of the best places I've ever had the pleasure to eat at. Great customer service and excellent food to match. Went there with my family after having not been there in years and it was just as amazing as I remember. I recommend the Sunday Morning roll.

My girl is from the East that being said she is used to fresh seafood. This is the only local place I've taken her that she enjoyed the fresh seafood sushi.

There are 13 sushi restaurants in Hyde Park and Mt. Lookout. There's only one that has great sushi and it's Cloud 9.Great food (try the house salad) served by great staff.

Cloud 9 offers half price sushi if you dine in and it’s open late. The food is solid- but can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes my sushi and rolls are fantastic and other times just okay. The shrimp tempura roll is one of my kids’ favorites.

Low prices, decent food. If it's sushi you're after though, I'd skip here and go next door to Ichiban where the prices are similar but the quality is incomparable.

Great prices and great quality sushi. They dont have a lot of fluff and extra stuff. Go for the sushi. The service was fast and friendly. A+Pro tip: The Mt Lookout parking is free Friday nights right in front of the restaurant and its half priced sushi after 5pm. It's a perfect dinner date spot.

From the recommendation of other Google reviewers, we stopped while we were driving on I-75. Everyone in our party enjoyed their rolls! We made it in time for some sort of half-off happy hour which really added to the experience. I would recommend Could 9 to anyone looking for some good sushi.

Great sushi even greater price when you eat in. First come first serve seating so I recommend getting there when they open. You can't wait inside. Worth it!!

Always a great experience once you're actually able to get in the door. Its somehow not even awkward to share a table with strangers and the sushi is reasonably priced and DELICIOUS!

First time having sushi and was not disappointed!!! Gyoza dumplings presentation was beautiful and they hit the spot. Yakisoba was also a first for us and it was delicious! Wishing I would have taken pics. See ya soon!

Parking is a bit tricky at times but there is a lot that is free on Sundays. Food is high quality and was served fast! Get the Sunday morning roll deep fried and get plenty of yum yum sauce!

We had an amazing time in this place. We enjoyed the superb environment and the food. The staff members were very friendly. I’m happy we finally managed to visit this spot.

The sheer miscommunication at this place is unreal. None of the employees know about their own restaurant policies in place with Covid-19. We were forced to move, wait, stand and sit in several different locations around the restaurant because of overall incompetence. Every single employee we encountered was rude and inconsiderate to multiple paying customers not only over the phone, but in person. Food has always been subpar. Tonight was the last night, we won’t be back.

Service was excellent and happy hour pricing is a bargain! The food quality was reasonable, nigiri was 4 stars while the shumai and special rolls were closer to 3 stars. The restaurant is very casual and looks and feels like a hole in the wall. Great spot to watch a soccer game, drink beer and eat sushi. I will be back for happy hour!

Some of the freshest tasting sushi in town. I go to a lot of sushi places all over the tristate and this is in my top 2. Quick service, amazing food, good drink selection. It's all my favorite parts of a sports bar and a sushi place.

I came here twice now and the entire staff can't seem to make up their minds about their policy. Rude staff. And the eta is never correct. Put me on hold for half hour just for them to hang up. One of the bus boy had an attitude with another customer because "hes having a bad day" and when asked for a better explanation, they say its because of covid. Ridiculous. I will take my business back to ichiban next door.

The experience at Cloud 9 sushi was good. Food very fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place. Staff is very friendly.Can always find a good vegetarian option for those who are. Nice drink menu.

From the first moment you enter that restaurant the waiters give you an excellent feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a kind restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. tasty cuisine, specialist chief cook and stuff, modest pay and generous service. Highly recommended.

This is a great sushi place!🍣 I am not a big fan of sushi usually but I came here with an open mind and wasn't disappointed. They had so many options and even some non raw options AND its 50% off all rolls from 5pm - close so its a lot of sushi for a great price. Definitely recommend!

Amazing sushi at half price! Amazing service, food served faster than some fast food restaurants I've been to. The sushi was fantastic and cheap. The atmosphere is wonderful, like a dimly lit hole in the wall, but super clean. I ordered the King Dragon roll and the Fire Cracker, which rocked. The menu describes the food perfectly, so trust its word. I will absolutely be returning.
